ADHD life coaching

Where you’ll learn to understand your brain and yourself—without shame—so that you can create your own custom systems and formulas and actually achieve your goals.

Hi, I’m Kaitlyn.

As a squiggly brained, multifaceted, multihyphenate ADHDer, I refuse to constrain my creativity by the systems designed for people who are not like me. And I help YOU do the same. Whether this is providing ADHD students the tools to actually succeed and thrive in school, professionals to build the habits and strategies that give them advantages at work, or artistic creatives the means of actually following through on all of their passions (instead of getting distracted and reorganizing their living room for the 500th time in between bouts of doomscrolling).

I believe you deserve a full life and I help you build the path that enables you to create it on your terms.

“I felt really heard and she really empowered me to feel less dread about my situation. We created very achievable goals that I could achieve at work through tools like body doubling with a coworker, accountability check-ins, and more. I couldn’t recommend Kaitlyn’s support enough. She creates a very calm, intentional environment which was a really helpful contrast to the chaos and hopelessness I felt around my work.”

— Jessie, Former Client

I'm a coach for neurodivergent folks who are ready to live a more seamless life. I am, and have always been, a cheerleader, an emotional support friend (an ESF if you will) and that person who asks to pet every dog that walks by on the street. I was born and raised on the island of Hawai’i, and am currently based in Portland, OR.

I understand that this world was not built for our squiggly ADHD brains. And I am the coach who can help you detangle from the neurotypical systems that are not serving you and help you create solutions that actually work for your brain and lifestyle.

“My experience with Kaitlyn has been nothing short of life-changing. She’s equipped me with the skills and mindset to thrive in a world that once felt overwhelming. I wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone seeking not just an ADHD coach, but a dedicated partner on their journey to unlocking their full potential.”

— Erik, former client
